CSW helps partners communicate a clear, compelling story about the extent to which their projects achieved an economic benefit from a triple bottom line perspective. We document the larger impact of community programs beyond standard reporting outcomes in a way that captures relevant economic, social, and environmental community, regional, and state impacts. In our approach we review program performance reports and participant data; conduct interviews with partners, employers, and participants; and examine literature from the field. We also draw on impact indicators influenced by the Global Reporting Initiative framework, which offers a universally recognized reporting platform for measuring, monitoring, and reporting triple bottom line activities. We work with clients to create specific metrics that add up to tell their impact story from an environmental, economic and social perspective, while also illustrating the multiplier effects that have stimulated additional benefits and returns for participants, employers, partners, community members, and the region.
