CSW and the Workforce Benchmarking Network (WBN) are pleased to release our Apples to Apples: Data Update 2016. This complements our 2013 report, Apples to Apples: Making Data Work for Community-Based Workforce Development Programs. The 2013 report summarized themes from the analysis of aggregate program data for 332 programs operated by 200 organizations between 2006 and 2011, and included information on participants, services and outcomes. Since the 2013 Apples to Apples report was published, CSW has used an annual survey to continue to collect WBN data. To date, the Benchmarking dataset remains the largest source of outcome information about community-based programs serving disadvantaged job seekers.
