CSW is pleased to announce the new Chair of our Board of Directors, Sharon Sewell-Fairman. Sharon has been a member of CSW’s Board since 2023, providing support to the Strategy Committee. She has over 25 years of workforce and economic development experience and currently serves as President & CEO of Women Creating Change. As Board Chair, Sharon will support CSW’s mission to increase equity, opportunity, and access for those historically excluded from economic success.
We are grateful to Dr. Roderick Nunn, outgoing Board Chair and continuing Board Member. Roderick has served on CSW’s Board since 2016, holding the role of Board Chair from 2022-2026. He will remain a member of the Board and continue supporting CSW through his work on our Governance Committee. Roderick is the Vice President of Culture and Team Member Experience for SSM Health.
Additionally, we extend our sincere thanks to Kenyatta Brame, who is retiring from our Board of Directors after four years of service. Kenyatta has been a member since 2022, providing support to the Governance Committee. He currently works as the Executive Vice President of Cascade Engineering.
