CSW is seeking a Policy Associate to join our Competencies & Credentials team.
The Policy Associate will play a key role in the development, implementation, and project management of work associated with the Credential As You Go initiative and other CSW projects. Co-led by CSW, Credential As You Go is facilitating the development of a nationally adopted incremental credentialing ecosystem that improves education and employment outcomes for all learners. The vision for this redesigned system is that all learners are recognized for what they know and can do; all learning is recognized regardless of where it takes place; the learning associated with credentials is transparent, so they are understood by learners, employers, educational institutions, and policymakers.
