The following are questions submitted by interested applicants and the respective responses from CSW:
If we as a vendor are not chosen to build and maintain the dashboard after prototyping, can you confirm that a detailed rendering of the design and an export of metadata and data structures including SQL logic can suffice as the project deliverables?
We can confirm that a detailed rendering of the design, metadata, and data structure would not be considered suffice to meet project deliverables. We are looking for the vendor to propose a full implementation plan that includes design, metadata, and data structures and completion of dashboard logic.
Can CSW confirm that this scope does not include the implementation of any dashboards, rather it is to step up the system that will enable dashboards in a future project?
This scope will need to include implementation of dashboards.
Can you please confirm if the 12-page limit is a requirement or a suggestion? If it is a requirement, does it includes appendices we may want to include and or legal terms?

Does CSW have a preferred visualization/dashboarding tool?
No preference. We are looking for a vendor to propose a cost-efficient tool.
On page 3 under Project Management: There is a bullet point that states “Operations and Maintenance” Is CSW looking for O&M support post go live from the selected vendor?
Yes, CSW will select a vendor to lead the O&M process with a prospective start time of January 2025. The initial O&M plan should be included in the deliverable for this current project.
Or are they looking for an O&M plan to be part of the deliverables of the project?
The initial O&M plan should be included in the deliverable for the project with a potential start date of January 2025.
How many people or organizations would the vendor be responsible for training?
Not sure at this moment. We are looking for a vendor to propose a training plan for the solution.
How many systems would the solution need to integrate with?
We do not have that information at this stage to share.
How many stakeholder groups would the tool need to ingest data from?
We do not have that information at this stage to share.
Can CSW provide more information about the stakeholder group that will be involved in the project?
We do not have that information at this stage to share.
How many users would need access to the solution?
The number is unknown at this current moment. If possible, please plan to provide a range of users (e.g., 0-25; 26-50; 51-100 etc.)
Does CSW have a preferred Cloud environment?
No preference. We are looking for a vendor to propose a cost-efficient cloud environment solution.
What is the projected volume of data?
We do not have that information at this stage to share.
What is the preferred contract length?
This is a possibility but the initial DME work will go from May 2024-March 2025 with the possibility of new contract work related to O&M services and maybe future DME work.
