Our staff have worked in the types of community organizations with which we collaborate, reenforcing our role as their trusted partners. We’ve worked as funders and in policy-making positions, enhancing our knowledge of what it takes to be innovative and to achieve sustainable systems change. Our experience in corporations and corporate philanthropy ground our understanding of the demand side of the labor market—employers who create jobs. We are a small organization but an extremely efficient, effective, and flexible partner for small local organizations to large corporations and funders.
