As we approach a new year, CSW will remain committed to our mission of increasing economic mobility and being a trusted collaborator and solution partner at the federal, regional, and local levels—we’ve been doing so for over 30 years.
For Giving Tuesday, I am asking you to support CSW. Every contribution helps CSW drive scalable improvements that impact workers, families, and communities across the country. Your financial support provides us the means to continue making change in educational and labor market systems, ensuring that the direct service providers we partner with have the right workforce and education data, research, tools, and best practice information to effectively serve their communities.
In the past three years alone, CSW has worked with 200+ higher education institutions, 220+ government agencies, 500+ community-based organizations, and 90+ employers, all with the goal of improving worker and learner outcomes.
Your donation supports important work continuing in 2025 like:
- Workforce Benchmarking Network (WBN): Improving outcomes for job seekers, employers, and communities–particularly individuals living in poverty and those affected by systemic racism and gender disparities–by ensuring that more quality data about services and outcomes are available across the field.
- Advancing Community Equity & Upward Mobility (ACE-UP) community of practice: Strengthening the capacity of community colleges to address equity gaps and meet the skill development needs of employers in in-demand industries and career pathways, as well as the skill development needs of marginalized and underrepresented workers.
- Partnering Economic & Employment Research (PEER) Academy: Providing workforce and economic development professionals with training and access to quality labor market information (LMI), helping to create better and more equitable outcomes for workers, learners, employers, and communities.
