In collaboration with Larry Good, CSW Chairman of the Board, we are writing a chapter of a book to be published by the Heldrich Center at Rutgers University this summer. Our contribution focuses on a look at the macro and micro-investment policies of this country in workforce development. We recognize that the labor market has changed – again – to one that is characterized by perpetual volatility making prior polices obsolete. We need to wipe the slate clean and develop agile policies that comprise a lifelong learning strategy resulting in increased educational attainment and improved worker mobility.
We look forward to sharing the completed work this summer.
