CSW President & CEO Larry Good was part of a team that presented Alabama’s Talent Triad strategy at a policy academy for member states hosted by the National Governors Association Center for Best Practices and JFF. Larry outlined CSW’s role of identifying the competencies needed in nearly 400 priority occupations, which will serve as the underlying backbone for apps in development to improve use of competencies in hiring and learning.
