Transitions

Ryan Davis, President and CEO of Corporation for a Skilled Workforce, has stepped down from that position, effective immediately, to pursue other opportunities.

“We thank Ryan for his leadership of CSW during the past 21 months, and wish him the very best,” said CSW Board Chair Nancy Snyder.

Larry Good, CSW co-founder and its CEO from CSW’s inception in 1991 until 2005, has been appointed by the Board to serve as interim President and CEO.

“Larry brings a combination of knowledge and skills that position him well to ensure a smooth transition and a continuation of the leading edge systems change work that CSW has been known for across 28 years,” added Snyder. Good has remained on staff at CSW as a senior fellow, since stepping down from the CEO role.

“I’m excited to return to the role of President & CEO at a time when CSW’s board and staff are finalizing a new strategic plan that will more tightly focus the impacts we seek over the next several years and the work we’ll undertake to achieve them,” said Good. “I’m looking forward to supporting our highly talented and dedicated team in that work and to expanding our collaboration with strategic partners on projects that help advance the strategies we care about.”

CSW’s Board will begin a search process for a permanent new CEO. Larry will serve in that role until a new CEO is hired.
