Today, our knowledge and research is more accessible than ever before. We’re proud to announce the launch of our new website, which is organized around the four areas of concentration in our work:
- Reimagining credentialing in the U.S. It’s time to make competencies – what people know and can do – a common, trusted language across all credentials, supporting employers, educators, and learners/job seekers/workers to make good choices in complex labor markets.
- Integrating sector strategies and career pathways. We have the opportunity to bring two promising policy movements together to craft employer-educator partnerships of unprecedented depth that help employers find the talent they need and provide individuals with tools to understand a broad array of career choices and how to realize them.
- Helping colleges transform. Increasing educational attainment requires post-secondary educators to rethink their approaches and improve their results. CSW works with colleges to grow their use of competency-based credentials and to strengthen their partnerships with employers.
- Helping communities increase skills and employment. Across the nation, dedicated community leaders are creating alliances to build local prosperity by increasing skills. We help develop alliances, and assist them with research, strategy support, metrics and data sharing.
